We here at Dunkirk Family Practice take great pride in patient care. Because we want to be the best for you, we are updating our current electronic medical record (EMR) to a new and improved one effective January 1, 2024! This new EMR will allow for a more efficient streamlined process for the entire practice.
As with any new process, there may be some challenges along the way. Please be patient with us as we work through this transition. Thank you for your patience!
Medical information
At Dunkirk Family Practice, we always want you to come to us with any medical questions, but we also understand that sometimes you can’t wait and want or need information immediately. If you absolutely, positively can’t wait to ask us about a medical condition, we recommend Family Doctor.

On-site blood draw
LabCorp has a patient service center on the first floor. Their hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break from 12:00 p.m.to 1:00 p.m. Patients are welcomed by appointment or as walk-in.
