If we participate in your insurance program, we will submit claims on your behalf and will expect any co-pays required by your carrier to be paid at the time of your visit.
We have payment programs available for uninsured and underinsured patients. Please call us to discuss payment options.
Payment for all services is expected at the time services are rendered. If you are uninsured, we will provide an estimate of the costs before they are performed.
